| Rotary Leadership Institute The Rotary Leadership Institute is a three-day program to give newer Rotarians needed skills in leadership and in running a Rotary club as well as providing up-to-date information on Rotary International. The intended target audience for the Institute is the Rotarian who will eventually be part of the club's leadership team, including the Board of Directors, the secretary or treasurer, or the vice president or president. Brand new Rotarians have attended the Institute and have enjoyed the experience. Even district leaders, including Assistant Governors, District Governors Elect or Nominee, and even Past District Governors have attended and learned something new. The Institute is open to all interested Rotarians. Join Rotary District
