The World Peace Scholarship
for study in 2006-2007
Rotary International offers a two-year graduate scholarship leading to
a masters degree in international studies at one of its seven university
centers around the world. Each Rotary Center university has a unique
curriculum focusing on various aspects of international studies related
to peace and conflict resolution. Local Rotary Clubs are now accepting
applications for study in 2006-07. More information and application forms

Peace Scholarship web site.
The primary purpose of the World Peace Scholarship is to advance knowledge
on issues of peace and conflict resolution among the next generation of
community and world leaders. Applicants must be citizens of a country
where there is a Rotary club.Persons with disabilities
and members of Rotaract clubs are eligible and encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in more than one language is required. Relatives
of Rotary club members are not eligible
This scholarship is for the 21-month program at each Rotary Center.
This period includes the three-month summer break between study years
in which scholars are encouraged to pursue related internships, volunteer
work, and research. Funding will cover tuition and fees, room and board,
one round-trip transportation to the center, and a contingency fund for
educational supplies.

- International Christian University, Tokyo, Japan;
- Sciences Po, Paris, France;
- Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentina;
- University of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England;
- University of California-Berkeley, USA;
- University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.
